The Website Manager is not responsible for third-party content included in the newsletter. Any disputes must be handled directly with the person or company referenced.

All newsletter materials are protected by the Website Manager’s copyright. If materials belong to third parties, it is understood the Website Manager has the authorization to use them as agreed with the author.
